If storage is needed we can install a raised storage area so you get the best of both worlds.
Are There Attic Insulation Grants Available For Mineral Wool?
Yes and we can take care of the grant paperwork for you. The following amounts are available:
Apartment - €800
Mid-Terrace - €1,200
Semi-detached or end of terrace - €1,300
Detached house - €1,500
Does Spray Foam Cause Condensation?
No, increasing insulation should remove any cold spots on the ceiling and reduce condensation.
Our trained installers will check that the attic has adequate ventilation and if necessary install some to meet SEAI requirements.
Will Mineral Wool Insulation Improve My BER Rating?
Yes, as you increase your attic insulation amount, your energy use and CO2 emissions will reduce improving your BER rating.
